Individual trajectory ofteachers development through coaching tools within aframework ofTeacher leadership at school training program for teachers ofthe Republic ofKazakhstan

The following article refers tothe results ofapprobation ofcoaching tools used tomonitor the development ofteachers self-realization route within the inservice training program Leadership ofaTeacher at School settled at Pavlodar branch ofCenter ofExcellence, Kazakhstan. Inthis regard the sheets ofself-evaluation were developed on the basis ofcoaching tools such as Balance Wheel and 4questions ofplanning. They are supplied with thoroughly described scales for each sector of7themes ofthe program. The keyword scale represents the so called descriptors tofollow the dynamics oflearning process. The sheet ofself-evaluation inthe form ofThe wheel ofbalance has allowed not only tokeep track ofteachers` assimilation ofeach section ofthe program, but also tobuild up each teacher step-by-step action plan for full assimilation ofthe unit.

One ofthe most important qualities ofmodern education is understanding the needs ofthe time and following them. Thats why one ofthe most important tasks ofthe head ofthe educational institution is tomaster competencies and create ateam oflike-minded people and supportive space for their professional development (the team and each teacher). This article covers the topic ofbuilding anew relationship between subjects ofeducation through introducing coaching approach into teaching and establishment ofcoaching culture.
